I moved to Nebraska for my job and loved living here! Everyone is super friendly and pretty young so it was easy to make friends here! Anytime I needed maintenance, they would come quick and fix any issue. Super clean! I recommend these apartments!

I have lived at the Atlas for four years - I can't give up the amenities and resident experience the building offers. The view of midtown/downtown Omaha from my unit has also kept me here. You really can't beat the benefits of living in a complex like the Atlas. The rooftop pool/community area has designated me as the host whenever my friends and I get together. And the proximity to midtown & downtown nightlife makes it easy to go out and get home safely. In addition to the roof, the building is extremely secure, there's a massive gym, another pool, and more community areas with games to play. I don't plan on leaving Atlas until I move from Omaha or purchase a home!

Got a tour of the property, and all I can say is wow. The staff is super nice and can answer all your questions. The property is amazing, and the amenities are unlike anything else in Omaha. Heated indoor pools, sand volleyball, indoor basketball, rooftop lounge chairs - swings - fire pits, recreation room, theater, gas grills, and multiple community areas with kitchens and TVs.

I love living in the Atlas! The public facilities are clean, the staff is nice, and the appliances/paint/floors/etc. are up to date. If I ever have any problems, I just have to submit a maintenance request, and they are very quick to solve the problem. The walls are thick enough that I almost NEVER hear my neighbors (only if there is something REALLY loud). I also think the rent is affordable/reasonable, especially for how nice the facilities are.

I have lived at the Atlas for six months. We have already renewed our lease for another year. It is well-kept, we have a good relationship with the people in the leasing office, as well as Casey, the building's manager, and it has made Omaha feel like home. With all of the amenities, it can be hard to use them all because there truly are so many things to do here. My roommates and I utilize the fitness room the most, but we also love to grill and sit on the roof. Our room is spacious, maintained by maintenance, and overall excellent. The rent payment process is also easy. Highly recommend.

I have lived here for about two years and I don’t regret it one bit. The Atlas has a high variety of amenities including two pools, study areas, beautiful roof top, workout room, basketball court, movie room, event rooms, etc. This complex is also perfect for college students especially those that attend Creighton as there is a safe walk to campus using the bridge. Great place to live all around!

As a pharmacy student, this apartment has been the perfect space for me during my time at Creighton University. Besides the fact that it’s a convenient location, the amenities have been so useful. I have enjoyed the wide variety of places to study including the roof in the spring/summer which has been my personal fav. I enjoy having a gym and coffee shop within the building. My friends and I LOVE the volleyball courts in the summer! Highly recommended the Atlas for any college student looking for a safe and fun place to live!

The Atlas is the best place to live in Omaha! It feels brand new still and is always kept super clean. The staff is so nice and amazing. The amenities are ridiculous (in a good way!) there are pools, grills, gyms, even a coffee shop! Like come on, what else could you ask for?? I honestly love living here and I’ll probably live here as long as I stay in Omaha! Cannot recommend enough.
